Returns

Pursuant to Articles L 121-20-1 to 10 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from the date of delivery of the goods to withdraw. Sale items, on the other hand, cannot be returned or exchanged.

You just need to contact us at the email address contact@viking-avenue.com within seven days to inform us of the problem encountered.

Cancelation

Cancellation of the order is available before the order is processed. Simply send us an email to contact@viking-avenue.com and request it. If the items in your order have been processed and shipped , you will need to wait for them to be received and return them to us to receive your refund.

Deliveries

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service.

This is why we always try to obtain the best conditions and rates for our customers.

We therefore deal directly with designers and suppliers. This explains why our delivery times can be up to four weeks.

Any product can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the customer receiving the package. Only the delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

For any size error on the part of the customer, a credit note is automatically offered. If the error is ours, an exchange or refund is offered.

A Product (due to a size error on the part of the customer) can only be exchanged once.
