Returns

In application of articles L 121-20-1 to 10 of the Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from the date of delivery of the goods to withdraw. Sale items are neither returned nor exchanged.

Simply contact us at the email address contact@viking-avenue.com within seven days to inform us of the problem encountered.

Cancelation

Cancellation of the order is available before processing the order. Just send us an email to contact@ viking-avenue .com and request it. If the items in the order have been processed and shipped, you will have to wait for their receipt and send them back to us to obtain your refund.

Deliveries

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service.

This is why we always try to obtain the best conditions and prices for our customers.

We therefore deal directly with creators and suppliers. This explains why our delivery times can be up to seven weeks.

Any product can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days after receipt of the package by the customer. Only delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

For any size error on the part of the customer, a credit note is automatically offered. If the error comes from us, an exchange or refund is offered.

A Product (following a size error on the part of the customer) can only be exchanged once.
